Very very bad. Just had the worst experience of my life at Bonkers in Columbia. Bought a one year membership pass for my sons birthday and was assured that it was good for a year. I’ve bought the same pass in prior years. Today when we can in I was informed they would no longer honor the pass. After I asked for a refund I was told they do not give refunds for any reason and when I got irritated and told them we wouldn’t be back the assistant manager started shouting at me and told me I could walk away without saying another word to her or I would be escorted off HER property by the police. Needless to say I and my rather large family will never be back. I can’t recommend that anyone with principles suppprts this crooked business practice. In addition to anyone with small children you will need to stay very close to them and keep a close eye on them as they have discontinued stamping and checking childrens hands when leaving. Something that blows my mind in this day and age of human trafficking and stolen children.
