NEED BATHROOM FAN/LIGHT REPLACED

We have the Broan fan/light combo, new in box. This should be a 10 minute job for someone experienced (you don't need attic access, we just need the fan popped out and the new one popped in). I'm scared of spiders and don't want to do it myself! I can pay a flat fee of $75.00, and from everything I've observed, it should literally take 10 minutes. Our bathroom is in trouble if this fan doesn't get replaced soon. Thank you.
