Freefolk is hosting a special event beer and food pairing. Chef Eric Foster and the Freefolk team have a very special menu planned. Tickets are LIMITED! TICKET PRICE: $75 and includes 4 courses of food paired with 4 styles of Freefolk Beer. Tax and gratuity INCLUDED with ticket price. Additional beer, wine, cocktails and non-alcohol drinks are available for purchase. Must be 21+ to participate in event. DETAILS: The first seating is at 5pm and the second seating is at 7pm. The Freefolk team will discuss the how the meal balances, complements and emphasizes the flavors in the beer and food. Food Courses (each course will be paired with a 10oz Freefolk Beer) Appetizer- Coconut Shrimp served with Marmalade Dipping Sauce Salad- Caesar Salad with homemade dressing Main- Lobster Pasta in Creamy Sauce topped with Parmesean cheese and Chives Dessert- Lava Cake with Chocolate Ganache topped with Strawberries and a dollop of Vanilla Ice Cream * The Freefolk Crew is still working on the beer pairings- but it is SURE to be good!
