Additional Details: Families are encouraged to be "picture-ready" for family photos As we have limited space and want to open this event to as many families as possible, tickets have been limited to 4 per family. About Mighty Small Moments Mighty Small Moments is an initiative created by the City of Milwaukee’s Office of Early Childhood Initiatives to celebrate parents as their child's first teacher and encourage healthy brain development through engaging learning zones where playing, singing, reading, or talking can happen.
