Focused on Mental Health and Wellness, Still Surviving: The Release is not only a conference, but also a Movement and an Awaking to the awareness of the power within, to change one’s personal trajectory and influence global change.
January is historically the time of year people plan significant changes for their life. Improve personal credit. Start a new business. Lose weight. Begin saving money. The list can be exhaustive.
There are also plans to begin or increase a self care regimen. A new hair style. New wardrobe. Massages. Manicure and pedicure.
All of these exercises are great-but without mental wellness it can all be for naught.
Even with therapy, until we learn how to, and are willing to Release, it is difficult if not impossible to truly live our best life.
Continental Breakfast and Light Lunch included with ticket purchase.
