This panel presentation by Airen Lydick (Kitsap Showing Up for Racial Justice and Kitsap ERACE Coalition), Eve Palay (Rainbow Crew and Queer Youth and Elders Group) and teaching artist Wendy Orville looks at de facto mentorship, situational mentorship, and both planned and unplanned mentorship. The trio have decades of combined experience and approach mentorship in separate ways. The panel will share their philosophy of mentoring and the approaches they use.
