Join us for a morning where we’ll learn ways to encourage a healthy sleep cycle with herbal teas, breathing techniques and healthy nighttime habits.
We’ll dive into what our bodies need to get a good night’s sleep and discuss how certain activities may be sabotaging our sleep cycles. Everyone will leave with their own bedtime herbal tea blend.
Healthy morning treats and drinks will be provided during the event.
We are located inside The Matchworks Building here in Mentor, Ohio. The building is home to several Wellness Businesses including massage therapists, a full service salon and counseling.
