Join The Beauty Boost Fort Lauderdale for our Spring 2023 Yoga & Soul Series led by Kelly Concannon, Certified Yoga Instructor, Certified Wellness Coach and TBB Brand Ambassador! WHAT TO EXPECT: Start with mindfulness & guided meditation practices followed by grounding breath work, restorative stretching and slow yoga flow for all abilities! Each class will allow opportunities for you to connect with each other as well! Bring your own mat, towel and a journal for reflective activities! Water & snacks will be provided! *Restaurants are located nearby for anyone who wants to get together after class!* PARKING: Meet us at Pompano Beach near PAVILION #2 - plenty of street parking and parking garage nearby (pay own parking).
