THIS EVENT IS NOW SCHEDULED FOR FEB 19. THANKS TO ALL WHO STAYED WITH US AS WE WEATHERED THE DELAYS! Hosts: Uncorked on State, Suzanne Lunn-Doll and Jake Doll There's a new wine bar in Redlands. It's opening in 2023, and you are invited. Owners Suzanne Lunn-Doll and Jake Doll will share their passion and knowledge of California wines with you. They will personally select five wines (Champagne, Sauvignon Blanc, Pinot Noir, Cabernet Sauvignon, Port) for your tasting. Each tasting will be accompanied by a small plate of European-influenced dishes to emphasize the pairing of wine and food. Maybe a lemon artichoke hummus with carrots, citrus spinach and arugula salad with maple dressing, fettuccine with pancetta, beef bourguignon with new potatoes and chocolate cake. Come check out the new hot spot in town while sipping and eating.
