Local music legend, bassist, guitarist and singer Brian Moore was the epitome of “Local Music Love”, and those that knew him were forever changed by his spirit. He encouraged everyone he met to pursue their dreams and to support the dreams or our community. As a musician, he helped to mentor and promote countless aspiring musicians to reach their potential. After a two-year absence, The Second Annual “Be Moore Fest” is back on February 11th, 2023 in the Downtown Entertainment District. Sponsorships and Donations are being solicited to benefit Brian’s passion, Live Music in our Community. Funds raised will benefit Music Makers 2 U and The Be Moore Scholarship Fund. In addition to great music, plans include silent auction, record sale, art sale and split the pot raffle. Commemorative shirts and merchandise will be available courtesy of Killer Dye. Festivities will be held in the Downtown Entertainment District on Broad and Ryan streets. Venues participating will be Luna Bar & Grill, Tia Juanita’s, Bux Corner Market, Stellar Beans, Panorama Music House and Buffi’s Peaux Boys. 40+ musical acts are expected to perform throughout the day including Snydley Whiplash, Thunderbass and the Be Moore All-Star Jam. For festival-goers who want the premium experience, VIP tickets are available through Eventbrite. VIP package includes a festival t-shirt, poster and exclusive entry to the upstairs VIP area at Panorama Music House overlooking the main stage including compiimentary hors d’ouvres, private bar and restroom.
