By participating, you will: - Understand what Enterprise Risk Management is and why an organization can benefit from using it. - Discover how internal auditors can assist governance and management with implementing and monitoring ERM strategies - Define roles and responsibilities of the board, management and the internal auditor when undertaking ERM strategies. - Identify best practices to ensure ERM is a success. - Discuss common obstacles and challenges when implementing ERM.
