Following the brutal murder of 22-year-old Mahsa Amini, a Kurdish woman visiting Iran, Iran has erupted into a women-led revolution that has lasted over 100 days so far. The Islamic Regime in Iran has terrorized the Iranian people for over 40 years, and their recent brutal crackdown on protesters has started a worldwide movement pushing for a regime change in Iran as well as an end to years of gender discrimination. Our mission as a club is to raise awareness about the happenings in Iran and to honor all those killed by the regime. Attendees have the opportunity to try authentic Iranian dishes while educating themselves of the civil unrest in Iran. All proceeds will be sent to civil rights protestors on the ground of Tehran.
