Old Capital Speaker Series February 2023 Featured Speaker: Greg Willett As a multifamily specialist, Greg Willett focuses on new community development and existing property acquisitions. With extensive expertise in real estate research and analysis, Greg leverages his technological acumen and deep knowledge of market fundamentals on a national, metro, and neighborhood level to partner closely with clients to achieve their investment goals. He is active in the National Multifamily Housing Council, the Urban Land Institute, and the National Apartment Association, and started his career in the multifamily industry as a data analyst and research consultant. Greg holds a bachelor’s degree from Western Kentucky University and a Master of Liberal Arts degree from Southern Methodist University.
