The Yuma County to End Homelessness needs your help make every person count. We need volunteers to help us with our yearly Point-In-Time Count, each volunteer needs to complete one training.
All PIT Count trainings will be held in person to ensure appropriate training is given to all individuals. The Point-In-Time Count is an annual survey completed on behalf of the United States Department of Housing and Urban Development surveying individuals experiencing homelessness. We need volunteers to help us go out into the community and perform the surveys. You only need to attend the training one time.
This year's PIT Count will take place January 25th to 28th. For questions about the training please contact Lt. Amber Herzog at (253)228-1032 or Lucia Wilson at (928)341-4147.
