Some topics we'll discuss at this event are what is revenue operations and why you need it, what metrics are important to build a health score, and customer success enablement.
This is an open group with an intent to build community and network to share ideas among customer success professionals locally. We'll have light snacks and refreshments available, a short presentation, and breakout groups to allow for more individual sharing.
The event is free to attend, but we ask that you RSVP by the end of business day on Monday, January 16 so that we can best prepare.
