If you aren't familiar with Raclette, trust us - it's delicious!
Raclette is a famous washed rind, mountain cheese but also means "to scrape" in French... and that's exactly what we'll do! We place a half wheel of Raclette cheese onto our Raclette machines til they are broiled and bubbly. We then scrape that melted, gooey cheese onto a traditional meal of roasted potatoes, with local bread from Rockin' Baker, Prosciutto di Parma, cornichons, and pineapple.
This is a casual event - come as you are. Our raclette is served in a boat and best eaten immediately while hot and gooey, although we're happy to make yours to-go on request.
PLEASE NOTE: Previously our Raclette Pop-ups have been first-come, first-serve with no reservations required - but starting in 2023 we do now require ticketing for our Raclette Night events. Tickets may be purchased either on Eventbrite, over the phone, or in-store at Sweet Freedom Cheese PRIOR to the event. Ticket sales end on 1/24.
We also have wine and beer by the glass available for additional purchase. As part of the 8th Street Market Outdoor Social District, you can enjoy an adult beverage with your meal anywhere in the district boundaries - indoors or out. You're welcome to take your raclette outside to the Vine or even next door to Bike Rack Brewery.
See you soon!
