This experience reveals the power of breathing to change your mental and physical state. This exploration breath session will put you through a host of techniques to ramp your nervous system up and down. You will experience sensations you never would imagine your breath could produce and, in the end, you will leave in a CALM EUPHORIC STATE when you finish.
Through freezing ice baths (35F-45F) and hot sauna (180F-200F), we can promote physical and mental recovery from intense training, work/life stress, and high-level competition. We also take advantage of building mental resilience and learning how to mitigate the emotional stress response, which can transcend outside of these recovery sessions and provide useful tools when facing stressful situations in daily life.
