CANDLELIGHT TOURS OF THE JACOB BLAUVELT HOUSE
When: Sundays, December 11 & 18, 2022, and January 8 & 15m 2023. Tours begin promptly at 5:00 and 6:30 pm
Where: Jacob Blauvelt House, 20 Zukor Road, New city
Admission: Adults $10; Seniors and HSRC Members $8; Children $5
Spend an enchanted evening at the historic 1832 Jacob Blauvelt farmhouse. The evening is magical as the historic house is illuminated with candlelight and lanterns, fragrant with traditional sweets and decorated with festive greenery.
Experience Dutch-American holiday traditions of the 1830s with 19th century music and song, and seasonal refreshments.
Space is limited and pre-paid reservations are required.
Ticket price includes admission to the History Center Gallery Exhibitions.
COVID-19 Safety: Guests over 12 entering the Jacob Blauvelt House must be vaccinated.
Cancellation Policy: Refunds will be given only if space can be filled by another guest prior to the event. A waiting list will be compiled, and available spaces will be filled on a first come, first served basis. Only those who have made full payment can be accommodated. If the event is canceled by the HSRC for any reason, ticket prices will be fully refunded.
