Downingtown West's Post Prom and Home & School Association is hosting their Designer Bag Bingo on Friday, February 24, 2023. The proceeds of the event will support the Downingtown West High School's 2023 Post Prom Party.Enjoy a fun night out and play bingo for the chances to win authentic designer handbags (Coach, Kate Spade, Michael Kors). Bring a friend or two!!Tickets are $35 in advance. No tickets will be sold at the door. Back by popular demand - Reserved Group Seating is available to pre-order. Two options to select from: Round table of 8 Friends - reserved fee $320Booth table of 4 Friends - reserved fee $160A ticket includes 12 bingo game sheets (6 games per sheet). Additional bingo cards for regular games and bingo cards for a Special 13th game will be sold at the event. In the event of a tie, numbers will continue to be called for those that tied. The losing contestants will have a choice of a variety of gift cards (Wawa, Door Dash, etc) or 1 ticket entry into a 14th bag available only for tied contestants. There will be plenty of awesome raffle baskets and a 50/50 too!!The doors will open at 6 pm. Please use the Cafeteria Entrance - back of building facing Downingtown Middle School. Check the Add-Ons for pre-ordering food options which includes: Meal combos from Chic-Fil-A Wegmans Hoagies Mini soft pretzel nuggets snack packsWegmans traditional small charcuterie (serves 4-6 ppl) Water and snacks will be available for purchase at the event. Please note - No alcoholic beverages are permitted in the building. Purchase tickets by Thursday, February 23rd. There are a limited number of tickets available. So please don't delay.
