Chevy mechanic/ handyman helper

Has anybody else had this issue particularly someone who owns a '06-'2011 Chevy equinox: the headlights running lights and turn signal lights will not work anymore on my equinox the tail lights brake turn signal and parking lights on the rear still work and the horn does not work either. Me and another guy have done everything that we know to do short of taking it to the Chevy dealership. We have replaced the fuse box checked all the fuses and relays we replace the fuse box because someone said that the headlight relay was built in to the fuse box. We thought it was the all-in-one switch turn signal switch but it's getting power all the way up to the switch but it's still not working it could still be the all-in-one switch I don't know. Also I need a handyman helper I've got a little work that needs to be done around my place but I also have a customer that has some work that needs to be done that I like to get started on this afternoon. I live in Carrollton so the closer to here that you live the better. If you're available this afternoon and tomorrow I can pay $15 an hour cash when the day is done.
