My Property Management Maintenance Company is looking for a few good, experienced Sub-Contractors to help with our increasing work load. These homes are tenant occupied home, all personnel must dress and carry themselves in a professional manner. We are looking to add a few folks to our already existing crews. Must be Drug Free, no criminal record and have reliable transportation. Pay would be based on experience and/or work ethic. We are willing to train motivated individuals. We have an abundance of work currently and anticipate steady work through 2023. There is opportunities for the right individual(s) to take on entire projects themselves and make much more money vs. Hourly. We specialize in decks, fences, entry doors, French doors and sliding glass doors. Paid bi-weekly. We are a Certified Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business!
