Younger female cat, wearing flea and regular collar, seen in neighborhood. She is a tri color tabby, semi friendly, looking lost and seeking refuge. She has been hanging around my cats, off and on for a few days. Thought she might be in heat, or visiting, but just found her in the cat shelter(back porch).
