Garage Attendant/ Light Maintenance

Description

Park Resident vehicles, enforce parking rules and procedures, collect packages and inform the residents that package has arrived, perform light maintenance, emptying trash, replacing paper towels, replacing light bulbs, etc. leaf blowing, snow removal, and salting the paths. Inform the building supervisor of emergencies and incident. Additional duties as assigned by the building supervisor. Must have a clean PA driver's license and pass a background check.
