We originally fostered these cats for a friend who said he would be returning to the area in 2 years from a college program (after the original adopters fell through), but plans have changed and their original owner will no longer be taking them back. We've had them for 5 months, but as sweet as they are the 2 older cats we had before fostering these 2 are miserable (aka they won't stop attacking the younger foster cats no matter how much we try the eat-play-love strategy), so to make all 4 cats happy we've had to divide the house, and in doing so Shoga & Benny (girl-orange & boy-orange/white) don't get the attention/treatment we think they deserve. Shoga is a cuddle-bug, and Benny is hyperactive/loves to play. They are both neutered/spayed, litterbox trained, indoor-only (at least for us), and had shots in May 2022. We can provide starter supplies such as cat litter, litter boxes, food, toys, and treats as a thank you for giving them a safe, happy home. We would be happy to host their future owners to see if the cats are a good fit, and/or chat over phone to talk specifics if needed. We can also provide transportation and a free cat carrier. No rehoming fees whatsoever; if they don't end up working out we would be happy to re-foster them until a new home is found.
