Looking for licensed architect engineer and licensed general contractor to do drawings for a single family home. Then looking for GC to pull permits for the work. My handyman will finish construction and will subcontract under you. He has workers comp and liability insurance. Will pay $5000 for permit pull and blue print drawing at once. Please let me know if you can do both. Must licensed and insured in the state of Florida.
