Seeking experienced CARPENTER for building fancy gates, rough fire damaged framing, siding, trim, roofing,handrails and maybe any and all other trades. Need old school guy that is reasonable, knows the code and can do most trades. Need one good guy not a crew. Do not need a broke money up front scammer looking for a quick dollar but more like someone for misc projects from time to time and ready to work NOW by the job or hourly contracts.
