We are looking for a skilled maintenance technician to join our team.
Responsibilities Include:
HVAC knowledge
Electric repair knowledge
Plumbing repair knowledge
Appliance repair knowledge
General Cleaning
Painting
Unit turns
On Call to several buildings will apply. 6 week rotation as of now. Rate of pay starts at $20+/hr commensurate with experience.
