This job is a vacant single family house in Delhi Hills that we are demoing and building a new kitchen, bathroom and misc other repairs to make it market ready. This opportunity can result in more work moving forward depending on you. I always have work. Must have your own basic tools and transportation. No serious criminal convictions and we do check. I pay hourly based on experience, work ethic and dependability. I will pay you every Friday for the week. I don't pay cash daily. I'm not looking for something for nothing and will pay a respectable hourly rate for somebody that is experienced and productive.
