Description
The Lead Person is responsible for ensuring production assembly and engaged to meet daily demands and production Schedule. The Production Lead Person will assemble booths by using a variety of hand and power tools, fixtures, work instructions to correct assemble of the required booth design. JOB DUTIES: • Work with the Operations Manager/ Foreman and other team leads to manage and prioritize staffing assignments to ensure customer demand and the production Schedule are met. • Execute and coordinate employee training to ensure that procedures are followed and meet all quality requirements. • Report problems or concerns with quality, processes, equipment, materials and labor to Foreman / Operations Manager. • Observe, maintain, coordinate and complete standard work. • Update production metrics and facilitate regular team communication. • Identify and support continuous improvement efforts with Foreman / Operations Manager. • Participate as an active member of the production assembly team and assembles products. • Follow documented policies and procedures as designated by the company’s Quality System. • Complete required documentation relating to business or regulatory requirements. • Maintains a clean and organized work to facilitate manufacturing functions. • Performing warehouse inventory controls and keeping quality standards for audits. • Make sure to deliver all materials (Rented, Warehouse, Graphics, Outside, etc). • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. ADDITIONAL SKILLS & RESPONSIBILITIES • Must be bilingual in English & Spanish. • Able and willing to travel. • Excellent communications and interpersonal skills. • Hands on commitment to getting the job done. • Pack and make sure that has all the pieces for assembling as programmed. • Project revision with a general check up before dismantling preview. • Operate and maintain preventively warehouse vehicles and equipment. • Supervise labor personnel assigned for the project. • Proven ability to direct and coordinate operations. • Plan & execute assembling and dismantling on time and with care. • Coordinate & process all the complimentary services. • Customer relations & problem solving. • Willing to work extra hours if necessary, including weekends and after normal business hours. • Regularly lift and/or move up to 50-100 pounds Please send your resume. ***NO EMPLOYMENT AGENCY'S****SERIOUS APPLICANTS ONLY***
