Thanks for reviewing. Looking for established handyman for re-occurring Periodic work in the Ft Pierce area. We have a storage facility which periodically requires the units of those who move out to be cleaned, painted, holes repaired, and other minor items. There is an on site trash, you will not be required to empty full units out. There may be a few items which are left in a unit, at which point would report to Mgmt and then dispose of on site. Tasks include the following: -drilling -painting -sanding -minor cleaning -sweeping -minor light socket repair or replace -locks repair or replace You are required to have transportation, ladders, and all items and tools required for jobs. You would coordinate with management on these items and when. This is not a full time position hence why this is periodic. Reply with the following information to be considered.
