Published Job Description: Plans, schedules, and assigns work to ensure production goals are achieved. Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for preparing work assignment schedule for all warehousemen according to daily, weekly and monthly tasks, in close cooperation with warehouse manager. Measuring available warehouse space on weekly basis and reporting same to management. To make sure that the stored cargo in the warehouse is always identifiable by it’s warehouse number and a corresponding map (maps should be kept updated for LME cargo and as required for all the other cargo) Oversees the integrity and accuracy of internal work order and inventory controls documenting warehouse operations as well as controlling operational expenses such as internal labor, temporary labor, equipment maintenance, security, property rentals and miscellaneous expenses. Ensures employees meet all established standards for safety, productivity, accuracy, equipment maintenance, housekeeping and quality in production. Qualifications: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
