Maintenance Person Needed for Van Zant House

Need a part time maintenance person for the Van Zant House, a historic property that was the childhood home of Ronnie, Donnie, and Johnny Van Zant of Lynyrd Skynyrd and.38 Special fame. Need to live within 10-15 minutes of the property, have reliable transportation, and be able to respond to emergencies, and handle drywall, flooring, light carpentry, plumbing, painting, and basic electrical, and all other maintenance as needed. This is NOT a full time gig, and if you work another job, that's cool, so long as you have reasonable availability. We're looking for someone who cares about the property, not just about getting paid. The hours will vary significantly, but you can count on 10-20 hours per month, sometimes more if there's a larger project, and sometimes less, if there's nothing going on.
