I am trying to help my community to lose weight, build lean muscle, help get rid of knee arthritis and upper and lower back injuries and pain, to achieve overall health and fitness. I am a 43 year old personal trainer and healthcare manager with over 30 years of experience in the health and fitness industry.
I do want to give an advise to all if you planning to start using weights or workout, do not lift heavy weights but instead do light weights and do more reps, make sure to get at least 8 hours of sleep per day and eat fruits and vegetable daily.
