Ithaca Youth Soccer Academy (IYSA) is a youth soccer program located in Ithaca, NY that believes that all kids should have the opportunity to learn to play the beautiful game. We offer a player-centered program that provides skills-based training curriculum year round. We are looking for a highly motivated, sharp and technical individual to assist our coaching staff and board members with operational management of the club. The club administrator will be responsible for fully managing several of our day to day responsibilities with room for growth (detailed responsibilities below). Position Responsibilities: • Ownership and maintenance of IYSA Contacts & Mail List • Coordinating club events (ex. parent meetings, club get togethers, end of season parties, etc…) • Managing uniform number database and order processes Supports club coaches and staff w/ following: o Updating & maintaining IYSA Web Site (wix.com) o Management of general club communications (overall update, rain dates, holidays, registration info, etc…) o Responding to website questions o Content publishing to website (coaching profiles, resources, etc…) o Managing and tracking game rosters and player availability o Creating, distributing and tracking seasonal parent evaluation form o Managing marketing materials (sponsor brochures, website, etc…) o Managing and publishing IYSA resources and documentation o Managing parent/player concerns/issues o Maintaining Club Bylaws & Policies o Managing relationship with Soccer.com (uniform and club gear provider) and keep uniforms up to date o Maintaining inventory for practices jerseys o Ordering practice jerseys other club materials (paint, goals, pennies, flags, etc..) o Managing league rostering process and assisting team managers w/ supporting teams o Managing IYSA Registration processes and information o Update/Maintain Team Rosters o Scheduling & coordinating tournaments o Loading game schedule into team scheduling tool (ex. Team Snap) o Loading players into team scheduling tool (ex. Team Snap) o Provide coaches with latest rosters for league play
