Shipping & Receiving Associate Location: Grand Prairie, TX Pay: $15 hr. Shift: 1st 8:00am - 5:00pm Job Duties: Order pulling and packing Break down pallets Verify shipments Stocking and replenishing inventory Preparing items for shipping, creating shipping labels, UPS, etc. Unloading trucks Using a pallet jack Heat press logo on safety gloves - this is on an as-needed basis depending on orders Job Requirements: 2-year minimum warehouse experience RF Scanner experience Stand-up forklift experience Read and write English Typical Day: Your day will start with cycle counts from inbound shipments. Once items are counted then you will put away the inventory. You will be responsible for tracking and verifying shipments, breaking down pallets, pulling orders and packing the merchandise for shipments. Container loads come in once sometimes twice a week in which it is unloaded by hand. You may be asked to use the heat press machine for any glove orders needing logos. Shifts: Monday – Friday 8 a.m. – 5 p.m. with lunch for 1 hr. either between 11a – 12p or 12p – 1p. Compensation: $15 hr. no overtime is expected Dress Code: Warehouse personnel should dress accordingly for the climate and dusty environment. Clothing that is sleeveless, and has terms, words, or pictures on them are unacceptable. This is a non-climate-controlled facility.
