We are a 25-year-old family friendly, small business seeking to hire a full-time service technician/installer. We are in the construction services field, catering to home builders, general contractors, large and small businesses as well as homeowner customers. This is a unique, niche business that values work life balance. Here is an overview of the position, responsibilities, and requirements for this job: Service Tech/Installer • Installation of flagpoles of all sizes • Service flags and flagpoles by taking down worn flags and hanging new flags • Repairing flagpoles and pole hardware • Meet with jobsite superintendents • Drive company vehicle to job sites • Enthusiastic and high energy • Must be able to work well with others • As the frontline of our business, engage with customers in a professional manner • Maintain a safe and clean work environment • Basic warehouse housekeeping tasks • Enjoy working in the outdoors, scenery, sunshine, and fresh air Requirements • Good physical ability and able to lift 80 pounds • Current and Valid Driver’s License with clean driving record • Good comprehension of streets, maps, and cardinal directions Job Environment: • We desire to find someone that is willing to do what is necessary to see this company successful in all aspects of the business. • Teamwork is important as we work for the same goals together. Hours • Monday-Friday • 8:00am-4:30pm (hours may vary depending on job schedule and time of year) • Weekends and holidays off Full time Benefits • Starting pay $20/hr with opportunity for pay increases after 3-6 months of training • 8 paid holidays • 10 vacation days • 6 sick days • Insurance including health, dental, and vision • 401K with employer match Part time Benefits • Starting pay $20/hr with opportunity for pay increases after about 6 months of training • 2-3 days of work each week.
