Slot available in our practice space, located a few blocks from the Montrose Ave L train. Space is small but comfortable - good for 1-3 people max. Looking for person/band who wants a fixed weekly time slot. The room includes a shared basic PA with two speakers and basic 4-piece drum kit (just need sticks). Space is available to store your own amp, guitar, or other moderately sized musical equipment. Weekdays before 6 pm: $150.00 per month for a set 6 hours max per week, Monday through Friday, anytime before 6 pm. Early morning (7 am - 10 am): $100.00 per month Weekday evenings: $225.00 per month for two weekday nights (6 pm onward) or 175.00 per month for one weekday night Preference is for a set weekly time slot, so it's great for people who have a more regular schedule. The room has an upright air conditioner and a heating system, as well as a fan. No smoking anywhere in the room or building. First month plus last month needed to secure spot.
