We are a small G.C. building locally for 40 years. We build from the ground up, so you may work on many phases. We stay busy year round and work at 10 degrees to 110 degrees, snow, rain, sun. If you want an inside cumfy job, this is not for you. We are a God loving group, respectful, hard working, treat our fellow workers and customers the way that we would like to be treated. We need someone honest, dependable, punctual, with a tool belt and tools. You must have good character, dependable tools and a dependable vehicle. We typically work in the Longmont, Frederick area by I-25 and Hwy 52, but we do travel sometimes. Only Denver metro no more than 60 miles. Piecework avg. $120,000.00 to $50,000.00 per year. We pay a bonus of $100- every check to everyone present and punctual 90% of the time. We also pay subs a bonus, up to $15,000 per year, part paid after each job, for being present and punctual and tooled up 90% of the time. We pay every 2 weeks, so if you need money every week, then you will have to cash your check and put 1/2 of it under your mattress until the next week. We can help with 1 pay advance, if you are punctual an productive for the first 5 days of work. This is a 1099 position. You are responsible for your own health insurance, and paying your own taxes. We take care of licensing, permits, job liability insurance. We pay piecework. Our average sub makes $50- to $20- per hour. The more efficient you work, the more money you make per hour. It is not about fast, fast, fast! It is all about working thoughtfully, steady and dependably. Example: $24- for placing (1) 4x8 of sheathing. Do that twice and you make $50- per hour. Pour and finish a 12' x 66' concrete slab should take 4 guys 3 hours. It pays $800-, that is $67- per hour. We work 7 am to 5 pm M-F some Saturdays.
