Successful Jersey City PROPERTY MANAGEMENT COMPANY - hiring experienced Building MAINTENANCE PORTERS, modern high rise residential buildings. Nice work environment, lots of work, long term opportunity. REQUIRED: -Must live in, or within 30 minute commute to Jersey City/Hoboken. -US citizen or US work ID -State driver’s license or state ID. -Social Security card. PAY & COMPANY BENEFITS: - Starting $18.00/hr. $27.00/hr. overtime, future pay raise for good performance & attendance. - 401K - Optional Medical, Dental, Vision insurance. - Paid vacation time, personal & sick time. - Paid parking if commuting by car. RESPONSIBILITIES: -Trash rooms on each floor: cut up cardboard, tie up with newspapers & flat paper materials; bag recycled cans & bottles, remove other’ items. Load onto carts, bring to main floor trash dumpsters. Push dumpsters outside to trash removal areas. -Water & trim outdoor shrubs, small trees, remove weeds, clean out discarded trash items. - Unload deliveries of materials & supplies, move to storage areas. - Clean messes by residents’ pets, report repeat violators to property manager. - Assist Cleaning staff with large cleaning tasks. - Assist in completing apartment turnovers. - Assist Maintenance Techs with daily work orders. -Winter snow blowing & shoveling, salt & sand icy areas. -On call for night & weekend emergencies TO BE CONSIDERED, PROVIDE:  Full Name.  Full Address with City & State.  Phone Number.  Description of Building Maintenance Employment and Skills.  References from Previous Jobs are Preferred.
