OVERNIGHT PORTER: Well-known real estate company seeks experienced Porter for luxury property located in Jersey City. You’ll perform upkeep and janitorial duties so that the property is always well cared for. Duties include maintaining the cleanliness of the lobby, hallways, elevators, common areas, and restrooms (mop, sweep, strip/wax/buff floors, dust, vacuuming and garbage removal). Qualified candidate must possess minimum 3-5 years of experience in luxury buildings and excellent communications skills. Good salary/benefits package. Growth opportunity. Qualifications 3 - 5 years prior janitor, cleaner, or porter experience Must be reliable and have experience working with cleaning chemicals Must be a team player and be able to work with little supervision Excellent time management skills and work ethic needed Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and be able to stand for an 8 hour shift Must be able to work overnight shift, 8:00 p.m.- 5:00 a.m. Responsibilities Provide excellent customer service to residents General upkeep of the buildings and grounds Snow removal and landscaping Maintain all equipment and supplies in proper condition Special projects as assigned
