Position Summary Alpha Team is a rapidly growing property management, and construction renovation company, currently looking for a dedicated bilingual (English & Spanish) field coordinator, who can oversee the operation and execution of services, projects, construction, and maintenance operations. This includes site inspections, maintenance oversight, visits to clients and repairs, and coordinating contractors on a construction project. The Field coordinator makes sure the correct staff, equipment, and materials are on hand to complete work on time and according to expectations. This position reports directly to the General Manager. Main responsibilities ● Coordinate work orders ● Inspect renovation projects. ● Manage maintenance operations. ● Serve as liaison between management and field operations. ● Drive to and from different properties, and projects. Skills and Abilities ● Bilingual (English & Spanish) ● Candidates must provide their own transportation and will be compensated for gas. ● Ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment. ● Ability to work well with others, and excellent customer service skills. ● Ability to work in a fast-paced, self-directed entrepreneurial environment. ● Excellent time management skills. ● Possess Honesty, Integrity, and Work Ethic.
