Trailer Mechanic Trainee RSS Mobile Trailer Repair, a fleet management company, has been serving the transportation industry since 1994. We are seeking a Trailer Mechanic Trainee to help perform repairs and maintenance on semi-trailers in the Hilliard, OH area. Get paid while getting trained for a great career! We will train the right person. Must be a hard-worker who wants to learn and will be at work every day. Must have some mechanical ability. WHAT WE OFFER: Service truck and tools supplied by RSS. Full Time / Year-Round outdoor work. Schedule: Monday-Friday, Days! Benefits: medical, dental, Rx, Life Insurance. Paid holidays and vacations. 401K package. $18-$22/hour based on existing knowledge and skills Quarterly Safety & Performance Bonus Responsibilities Work side-by-side with a Trailer Mechanic. Help perform repairs and maintenance on semi-trailers - keeping trailers in compliance with DOT safety standards. Essential tasks will include changing brakes, tires, electrical work and fabrication. Requirements: Valid Driver's License. Ability to pass a DOT physical and drug screen. Ability to pass a criminal background check. Ability to lift 50lbs on a regular and frequent basis.
