Established in 1980 Real Estate management company/developer seeking a property manager to assist with operations of commercial real estate portfolio in Westchester County.
Responsibilities: -Write scope of work, -Collect bids from appropriate sub/vendor, -Solicit, evaluate, and negotiate contracts & PO with subs/vendors for routine maintenance and repairs of all building systems, -Manage tenant fit-outs, -Conduct regularly scheduled and un-scheduled on-site inspections of common areas, vacant spaces, mechanical rooms, roofs, exterior perimeter, -Responsible for preventative maintenance of properties -Contractor/Vendor oversite & management -Work closely with Accounting Department in reviewing, coding P.O/Invoices including collection of vendor/contractors insurance certificates necessary for payments, -Responsible for tenant insurance certificate collection -Primary point of contact for tenants -Responsible for pre and post tenant occupancy inspections, etc.
