This is a HIGHLY COMPENSATED position for a HIGHLY COMPETENT person! We have an immediate opening for a Full Time, Year Round, Permanent position. You know what you're worth and so do we - We aren't afraid to pay you for it! You do not have to worry about having work, we have enough jobs back-logged to get us through the winter as well as new work coming in weekly. The pay is EXCELLENT. If you give us your best, we will pay you the best. Starting pay is $300 a day or $1,500 a week. After 90 days, you are eligible for paid holidays, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Years day. We also pay a yearly bonus just prior to Thanksgiving. After a year, you are eligible for 401k with employer contribution and we are working on a Employee Health Insurance plan. We have a tried and true system for tree removal which is 99% of our business. As you become accustom to our system, you will earn raises. Once you prove yourself to be a consistent producer and hit production goals, you will find yourself making $90,000+ per year! If you are still reading, you know who you are and let's get down to the nitty gritty. You need a driver's license in good standing. You can drive a big truck and back up trailers with confidence. You know how to operate a chipper and can use a chainsaw without dulling it out in 30 seconds. You have experience using a variety of outdoor related machinery such as skid steers, Dingos and stump grinders. Your attention to detail is extremely high. Bonus points if you have experience with advanced rigging techniques such as using a porta wrap, speed line and block and tackle. Experience using Branch Manager attachment and mower deck on the Dingo is huge as well. If you don't, that's OK... we are willing to train. We are a down to earth, small company.
