Compensation: $16/hr. *Pay out weekly* Tenure: Temp (w/ consideration for temp to perm) shift: Saturday- 11 am to 7 pm - WORKER 1 Sunday 11 am to 7 pm - WORKER 1 Saturday 12:30 pm to 8 pm - WORKER 2 Sunday 1130am to 730 pm - WORKER 2 Saturday 1 pm to 830 pm - WORKER 3 Sunday 12 pm to 730 pm - WORKER 3 Job description: Acts as the Customer Ambassador to provide visitors with a positive shopping/dining experience and resolve problems independently to meet the customers’ needs and expectations. Greets, hosts & serves customers in the restaurant, bistro, coworker restaurant and Swedish Food Market while building loyalty by ensuring customers have a positive final touchpoint during the Company Food shopping experience. Recognizes and responds when a customer needs assistance and offers help transporting food to customer’s table, clears tables of food trays and debris and maintain the beverage island. Maintains a clean Restaurant, Bistro and Swedish Food Market by cleaning all equipment, surfaces, furniture and removing all used dishes, silverware and trays to the dish room. While maintaining a clean supply of dishes, silverware, cooking utensils, and trays that comply with Food Safety Standards. Prepares and presents Company food dishes (hot and cold) consistently with a high level of precision and accuracy to operational guidelines. Stocks and replenishes retail food in the Swedish Food market and at locations throughout the company store. Follows all food handling, health, safety, hygiene and sanitation regulations and guidelines and reports general and food safety concerns to Food Operations Management Team immediately. Reports general and food safety concerns to Food Operations Team and takes action when possible to mitigate and correct immediately. Conveys knowledge of the range and food attributes and is able to speak to them, offering solutions for customers with allergies and restrictions
