Performing R&B/soul/pop singer looking for a permanent band. I often do shows and put together bands to perform per gig but would like to work towards building something permanent. Songs are relatively easy to learn. Looking for a team of musicians to build with who will support a vision and also contribute ideas musically and creatively to build great performances. Currently looking for a drummer, a bassist, and a guitar player (but also open to a keyboard player, woodwind-brass-or-string instruments). Looking to rehearse once or twice a week. Shows are about once or twice a month. Right now pay is dividing tips between band members but there will begin to be additional payment per show, beginning Spring 2023.
