Decorated Grand Ballrooms, Entertainment & DJ Rad providing fun and romantic music for the special night. Our featured dinner will include Roast Prime Rib carving station with Au Jus, Coquille St. Jacque, Seared Gulf Grouper with Mango Chutney, Chicken Cordon Blue with Red Pesto Cream, Roasted Garlic Mashed potatoes, Sautéed Vegetable Medley and will be served with traditional Caesar salad, Cranberry Arugula salad w/Poppyseed Vinaigrette and more.
