Daisies, Brownies, and Juniors may come individually or as a troop to learn from our Cadettes about this year's theme: “Our World, Our Peaceful Future: The environment, peace, and security.” To earn your World Thinking Day award, you will explore environmental problems and learn how you can work with nature to create a more peaceful and secure future for girls everywhere. Girl Scouts will come together in an opening ceremony, rotate through four learning stations and finish with a closing reflection and ceremony. Cost is $5 per Girl Scout participant (no charge for adults). To avoid fees, we are not charging through Eventbrite. You may pay via Cash App to $troop10247 or by check by Feb 25th when registration closes. You must pay even if your Girl Scout does not attend, since we will still be purchasing the supplies needed for all participants. Cancellations only accepted through February 17th. Girl Scouts will go home with the official 2023 GSUSA World Thinking Day badge that may be placed on the front of their vest/sash.
