Picking back up where we left off with our 2020, Get Fit! District 6 Initiative, Commissioner Burns invites you to join him and the City of Orlando Transportation Department for a family-friendly bike ride. The ride will highlight the Shingle Creek Trail from the Dezerland Park trailhead, south along the recently opened trail extension. The ride will then include an option for riders to extend the ride north to explore how the Shingle Creek Trail connects to the Eagles Nest Park trailhead and local neighborhoods. The ride will be a total of 7 miles, estimated to take 2 hours to ride the trail and back to the starting point.
