Your role will be heavily focused on administrative tasks. You will also be responsible for direct care of the dogs inside the facility. This position will put you in a role where you are directly interacting with clients. In many situations you will act as the face of the company via phone, email as well as in person interactions. You are not responsible for or have any higher authority over your coworkers. We are looking for an upbeat and positive hard working individual to add to our team. The expectation is that as a whole we will deliver a level of service above and beyond normal expectations. You will be front and center of that objective. The main tasks for this position are: -Managing the Dog Walking schedule and admin related tasks -Answering phones, first contact for clients -Daycare admin related tasks -Shift coverage in cases where Daycare Handlers are out -Laundry(overnight boarding staff bedding) -Low level client issues -Low level time sensitive Dog Walking issues -Assist with checking out dogs at the end of the day -Replying to emails from current and potential clients -Managing social media content -Acquire the necessary skills and be able to conduct Temperament Tests for prospective new dogs Required Skills: -Be computer literate with ability to learn and comprehend new software -Excellent communication skills both written and verbal -Have general knowledge and understanding regarding dog behavior -Must be comfortable around dogs of all sizes -Must be able to multitask across multiple areas of operations -Need to be flexible regarding occasional altered work schedule and day to day duties Full time position with a starting pay rate of $20 per hour and is paid weekly. The hours are Monday - Friday 11am - 7pm with 30 minute paid breaks You can earn up to 5 paid sick days per year. You will be required to work some holidays and in rare cases a weekend shift.
